- 1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup chopped cooked cleaned shrimp
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- BEAT cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl with mixer until blended.
- ADD remaining ingredients; mix well.
- REFRIGERATE several hours or until chilled. Yield: 16 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
SPECIAL EXTRA: Add 2 tsp. Prepared Horseradish to the cream cheese mixture before chilling.
