- 1 yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup peanut butter
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper or non stick baking mats.
- Add all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. Using an electric mixer, beat the ingredients until smooth, for 1-2 minutes. Batter will be very thick. Roll 1 tbsp. of batter into a ball and place on cookie sheet. Using a fork, indent each cookie, in both directions.
- Cook for 10 minutes for soft, fudgy cookies or 12 minutes for a crisper cookie.
